1. The periodic skin is real.
Every skin suffers from periods when nothing works. But masks quickly balance the skin: clays reduce oil and gels soothe redness.
2. Counteract the dryness of the night.
If you wake up with dry skin, change your sleeping habits rather than your morning ones. It is easier to prevent dryness at night than to reverse it the next day.
3. Cleaning wipes should not be your first line of defense.
Facial wipes may be more comfortable than old-school laundry wipes, but don't rely on skin detox wipes if you live in a city with high levels of pollution.
4. Multiple mask.
You do not need to use one product for the whole face. Try glycolic acid in the T zone to minimize breakouts and thick creams elsewhere.
5. Take your time to apply the products.
Allow each product to soak up for two to three minutes during application so that it is not neutralized or diluted with the next product you apply.
6 The sun is responsible for fine lines.
Ninety percent of fine lines are formed by the sun, making sunscreen an ideal ingredient for young-looking skin. Use one SPF 30 or higher daily.
7. Take a look at the chemical peel.
Weekly chemical peeling helps healthy bacteria grow. Gravel exfoliating agents have the opposite effect and cause collagen-destroying enzymes.
8. Glycolic acid also works.
New to chemical peeling? Try glycolic acid for normal skin, salicylic acid for oily or combination skin and gentle lactic acid for dry or sensitive skin.
9. Vitamin C.
Use clarifiers (we like vitamin C) for six months after dark spot detection. Melanin will eventually penetrate deeper into the skin, making it difficult to access.
10. Replace the oil with a foaming wash basin for the face.
If you flash along your hairline, it may be caused by the oil contained in your hair products. The foaming facial cleanser cuts through the oil without looking at it.
11. Take care of yourself with a leaf mask.
Leaf mask presses moisturizing ingredients into your skin. Apply one of these to the moisturizer for 10 minutes at night, and the next day your skin will be covered with fresh dew.
12. Be patient when using retinol.
Using retinol is a marathon, not a sprint. It stimulates collagen, but it can be irritating. Start by using it once a week over a moisturizing cream.
13 Acne products come in many formulas.
Benzoyl peroxide kills P. acnes bacteria; use it everywhere to prevent outbreaks. Formula 2.5 or 5.5 percent works without fuzzy side effects.
14. The corners hate salicylic acid.
Salicylic acid is actually only ideal for eels and white hair. If it dries you out, find it in your face wash and leave it on your skin for 30 seconds.
15. Integrate fatty acids into your daily routine.
Your skin uses omega fatty acids to produce lipids (moisturizing oils), and studies show that omega-3 supplements improve lipid levels and hydrate the skin.
16. Use sun protection everywhere.
Remember to apply sunscreen to ears, hair, neck, hands and chest. Dermatologists can look at your cleavage to see how old you are.
17. Pack an extra pillow for swollen eyes.
If you wake up with swollen eyes, put an extra pillow under your head while you sleep - gravity will remove enough fluid to relieve swelling the next day.
18. The peeling pads are almost too easy to use.
Glycolic acid cures lines and dark spots. It is most effective in individually packaged peeling pads (glycolic acid pH can change when exposed to air).
19. Don't dry it.
If you have skin in your teeth, make simple changes: Do not dry it completely before moisturizing. The cream seals hydration and works best with a little water.
20. Change the sunscreen.
Dry, red and tight skin are signs that you may need to switch to a higher sun protection factor. Try a new sunscreen and see if the problems disappear in a few days.
21. Fighting hyperpigmentation during the day
Treat dark spots with antioxidants during the day. Apply local retinoids at night to increase cell turnover and reduce pigment.
